About Nick
CERTIFIED SOMMELIER • WINE DIRECTOR • WINE EDUCATOR
I’m a Certified Sommelier (CMS–Americas), certified since 2016, with 27 years in the restaurant industry and 17 years in fine dining. As a working Wine Director, I’ve built and managed extensive wine programs, educated restaurant professionals, and guided guests ranging from curious beginners to serious collectors.My approach is relaxed, engaging, and personal. Great wine doesn’t need to be intimidating—and learning about it shouldn’t be either.
